We must share the sad news that our Class's peerless, fearless
pollster and friend, John Gorman, passed away on February 10 at Beth
Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. The cause was congestive
heart failure, though John had been facing a number of health challenges

Classmate J. Mark Schuster, an MIT professor who devoted much effort outside the classroom to public support of the arts, died of melanoma on Monday, February 25. A memorial service for Mark will be held Sunday, April 13, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bartos Theatre on the MIT campus. Directions to the theater are available at http://dusp.mit.edu.
